Our response to Coronavirus (COVID-19)

To our valued customers and partners,

Our local and global communities are facing unparalleled times, and our employees, producers, customers and families are at the forefront of our minds. We continue to work with local health officials and government leaders as they focus on reducing the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), and we will remain vigilant in serving and supporting you in your customer service and claim needs.

We have temporarily closed our corporate offices and require all employees to work from home. We have also stopped all corporate travel. Our customer service and claim centers remain open with no change in operating hours, and all locations have resources in place to move to a work-from-home environment if needed.

If you have a claim, call (844) 878-2567 or visit our website for additional options to file a claim or check on an existing claim. Our claim center remains open 24/7.

If you have a customer service request, such as changing your mortgagee address or need help with paying an invoice, please call:

  • Homeowners: (844) 878-7529
  • Small Commercial: (844) 878-1267
  • Large Commercial: (615) 942-0740 or your assigned underwriter

We realize that this change in work environment may affect how we respond to you, and we want to ensure you that we are doing everything possible to minimize any reductions in service. We are working closely with our underwriters and customer service teams that you work with daily and giving them the tools needed to answer your questions and respond to your requests from home. And while we are making every effort to ensure there is little or no change in service level, we ask for your patience as we do our part in reducing the spread of the virus.

We will continue to closely monitor the situation and evaluate any additional resources needed and keep you informed as needed. We will also post updates on our website. For additional information about COVID-19, please visit cdc.gov or your local health department website.
